Refund & Returns Policy
For hygienic reasons, we do not provide any refund if the customer(s) change the mind of purchases and shipping.
However, if :
- the item is damaged
- the item is unsafe
- Doesn't match the item you purchased
- is different from the sample/ description
- Customer(s) return the item and we offer a refund or
- Customer(s) return the item and we offer exchange item or
- Customer(s) keep the item and compensate you for any drop in value.
The customer has to keep the returned item in " original condition if its decision to return to us.
Definition of "original condition":
The item(s) must be still in "original condition" in the original packaging. The item(s) cannot have been worn or used, altered, lost and in the original purchases and not damaged in any way.
The " original condition" will be determined by Acla Veron Jewellery and its decision shall be final.
Exchange product
If the price of the replacement item(s) is/ are higher than the original purchase, the customer has to pay us the difference in price
If the price of the item you purchased is/are higher than the replacement item(s), our shop will not refund the price difference to the customer.
Handling fee
Handing fee will be charged if the product is damaged, the packaging is not returned together with the product to us.
You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us as we cannot be held responsible for items that become lost or damaged during your return postage to us, therefore we suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt.
How to return the product
Please email us your receipt, tell us the issue of the item with photos attached in the email. The " original condition" will be determined by Acla Veron Jewellery and its decision shall be final.
